Dr. Phil Lo's bio:
Dr. Lo received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California Los Angeles. He attended Illinois College of Optometry, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science for Vision Science and with honors a Doctorate of Optometry. |
